AI market churn continues as Sirona buys AI assets from Nines

Under the deal, Sirona has acquired Nines’ NinesMeasure lung nodule analysis algorithm and NinesAI EmergentTriage algorithm for identifying and triaging intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) and mass effect on CT images. Nines received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for NinesMeasure in March 2021 and NinesAI Emergent Triage in April 2020.
