Fujifilm said the technology, called AI Technology for AD Progression Prediction, had 88% accuracy in predicting whether patients with mild cognitive impairment will progress to Alzheimer’s disease within two years. The AI identified regions from 3D MRI brain images that are strongly correlated with the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
